SAP Specialist

A SAP Specialist is a technical consultant and responsible for determining business needs and smoothly imple- menting Systems Application and Products (SAP) software suite for business clients within DSCS. This IT role requires a significant experience related to SAP implementation. SAP specialist also need collaboration skills to work across de- partments to provide guidance to the customer based on their business needs, making recommendations on practical project solutions, and working with project management to coordinate tasks, timelines and tests.
* Determine Business needs
­- Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
- Advise clients on industry/ cross- industry leading practices. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions
­- Working with Local/Global team to provide solutions for company in integrating various business operations into one platform
- Propose/recommend solutions to satisfy business needs.
- Degree to which is required information or business needs.
* Implement SAP programs
­- Running tests on all systems changes to ensure the successfully integration of new software.
­- Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution
­- Perform SAP configuration and tests. Develop specifications for development of forms/ reports/ interfaces.
- Clearness and efficient
- Document and log the test cases and changes
* Guidance and troubleshooting
- Trouble shooting commons issues
- Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
- Training new users or when new modules implemented.
- Collaborate with local/global team to trouble shooting.

* Understanding
- Specialization in finance, HR, project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration with one of the modules: FICO, LOG, PP, MM, WH, SD Modules.

* Education/ Experience:
* Educational level: Relevant education on Bachelor level on Information Technology (IT).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- At least 1 – 5 years of experience in a similar position with one of the modules: FICO, LOG, PP, MM, WH, SD Modules.
- Willing to work/learn with other topics which company requires to do
- Able to work independently and proactively with internal & external stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft O365 product suite
- Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, or ERP
