Management of HRIS Implementation Projects:
Configure HR modules within your area of expertise (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Performance Management) based on pre- defined functional specifications, analyzing the feasibility of requests, processes, and related data.
Collaborate closely with the project team during key phases such as configuration workshops, acceptance workshops, go- live assistance, and administrator/user training. Participate in project steering committees to ensure alignment with objectives.
Lead acceptance and non- regression testing campaigns to evaluate the impact of configurations on overall system processes.
Translate stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables, including documentation and presentations (e.g., design documents, application guides, test scripts, and training materials).
Solution Support:
Support third- party application maintenance, assisting end users in managing the solution&039;s reliability and ensuring the HRIS system&039;s data quality.
Conduct technical and functional monitoring, maintain contact with software vendors, stay updated on legal changes, and provide user training on the solution.
Identify and propose improvements to the solution, clearly documenting recommendations and communicating resolutions to the project team and stakeholders.
Address maintenance tickets for corrective, preventive, and evolutionary needs, including bug fixes, user support, development of enhancements, and delivery of patches or new versions. Test and validate solutions before deployment.
Additional Responsibilities:
Oversee the project team by managing workloads, monitoring budgets, and coordinating tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
Depending on experience, act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
Over 3 years of experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business needs.
Extensive technical and functional expertise in multiple modules
f the SAP SuccessFactors suite, including:
Talent Management Suite: Recruitment Management (RM), Recruitment Marketing (RMK), Performance and Goal Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), and more.
Core HR & Payroll Suite: Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Management, etc.
