[SCG - CBM] Seller & Merchandise Manager

- Liaise & communicate with external teams to build up process and procedures.
- Sort out all barriers with legal, contracts, terms and condition to sellers.
- Grow seller performance.
- Forecast, explore and develop new merchandise categories that would match the strategy of the business.
- Work through with external technical team to improve the platform utilities and support seller to make further decision.
- Work closely with Digital marketing to push up the performance.
- Take care seller hunting and onboarding process from top to toe at the beginning of the project.
- Build up step by step process procedures for seller development.
- Build and develop strategy in both seller and merchandise field of the business on ecommerce.
- Oversee category development, able to analysis the performance to make improvement next steps.
- Oversee current E- commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, …) to plan for monthly campaign. Manage the Marketplaces Operation, plan for relevant promotion.

- Have the skills to arrange, organize work, and under high pressure. Able to work during weekend, OT for peak season sales period.
- Experienced in seller hunting and seller onboarding from Marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, Sendo.
- Love/passion in Ecommerce and seller development for Homeliving or Building materials.
- Experience in the similar position from 1 year or above
- Start- up mind set, willing to build new business from scratch.
