[SCG - CBMV] Warehouse Operator & Administrator

* Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator/ Administrator to be responsible for warehouse management also being in charged of admin jobs.
* Duties/ Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operator
- Stock checking and redistribution
- Packing products for dispatch
- Update monthly Reports by soft file and system
- Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks and shelves
- Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock
- General tidying and Cleaning of the warehouse
- Performing warehouse inventory controls via system
Administrator
- Office Facilities Record, Management and Reports up to date
- Being in charge of Expat’s concerns
- Rental Cars Record, Management and Reports up to date
- Tracking stock of office supplies and prepare proposal as requirement
- Supporting in organizing activities

- Good organizational skills
- Self- motivated
- Team player
- Good at MS office
- Reliability and dependability
- Priority for those who can communicate English
- Flexible and willing to take ok a variety of tasks
