[SCG-VKPC] HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT SECTION MANAGER

- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, and instructors both internal and external parties.
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs which contribute to the sustainable growth of the organization such as producing training calendar and training resources/materials.
- Responsible for Initiating and deliver employee engagement framework and activity across the organization
- Prepare audits, reporting and compliance reviews pertaining to local regulations and programs.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations questions, provide guidance and consultation.

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, with expertise in instructional design principles, and training methodologies.
- Be able to occasionally travel upcountry or overseas.
- Excellent command of English
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; post- graduation in HR or Organizational Development is advantageous.
- Minimum 10 year experiences on Human Resource with at least 5 years experience in leading a team.
- High achievement oriented and be able to work independently to achieve a target from management team.
- Comfortable working with foreigner colleague in matrix organization.
