Key Areas of Responsibility
Teaching
- Do the demos and trial classes as required.
- Mainly in charge of teaching all classes at the centre according to Logiscool Method
- Be responsible for the learning success of students and ensure they reach their learning goals by following the Logiscool Method
Academic management
- Prepare and plan the annual calendar, including classes, teachers, extra activities, terms, exams periods, and reports periods.
- Do the online Logiscool training and attend any extra training required by the Academic Manager (AM).
- Regularly check and maintain the core Logiscool materials and the teachers&039; tools.
Tutor management
- Ensure tutors know their students well, maintain a close relationship, guide them on good study habits, and keep them highly engaged so all students achieve their goals.
- Master the Logiscool Method to ensure the tutors are well trained by giving them the Logiscool online training and any extra training if necessary.
Students and parents&039; engagement
- Ensure your students are happy with their classes and learning environment, and ensure parents are satisfied with their kids&039; learning progress by soliciting and acting on feedback.
- Escalate any issue with parents or students to the SM as required to have the problem treated, and the parents/students&039; concern mitigated.
Collaboration in the school
- Ensure good collaboration between Academics and Sales by supporting each other and attending all meetings as required.
- Welcome prospects to the school when the Sales Team is busy or absent
- Support the school decorations in some seasonal events.

Qualification and Experience Required
Education: Bachelor degree in IT educational or Technical background. Pedagogical
certificate complied with the Vietnam Ministry of Education.
Languages: Strong communication, presentation and research skills.
Experience:
- Solid understanding of the programming languages and tools taught at the school,
- At least 2 year of teaching experience in coding and Robotic or the same position.
such as Python, C++, Unity, Minecraft modding, Scratch, Roblox scripting...
- Passionate about learning and professional development, enjoy a dynamic,
- Familiar with educational software or tech tools that may be used to manage classes.

Availability: Full time- Mainly Weekday evenings and weekends.
