Logiscool teaches children coding and digital literacy in fun- based after- school centres. Founded in Budapest, Hungary, in 2014, Logiscool has taught over 185,000 students across ca. 170 locations in 35 countries. Logiscool&039;s operations were launched in Vietnam in 2023.
About Logiscool
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Sales performance management
Prepare and propose sales plans and monthly action plans to the Head of Operations (HOO).
Review the sales objectives for the month and set individual goals for each Education Consultant to meet the center target by considering pending collections, pipelines, and experience.
Prepare a daily/weekly report for the HOO on the sales situation in the center and revise the action plan to ensure that milestones and targets are met each month.
Consistently review and evaluate the conversion performance of all the channels, activities/events, and sales team members.
Contribute to the sales of the school by offering prospect presentations during the month with the same conditions as the other sales team members.
Ensure accurate and timely information updates from the sales team in the organization&039;s CRM system.
Training and development
Provide monthly information to HOO on the areas of improvement of the Center Sales Team.
Conduct on- the- job training, coaching, and feedback sessions tailored for each sales team member.
Review the previous sales team performance, identify areas of improvement for each team member, and prepare an action plan for the month to improve sales effectiveness.
Activity planning and participation
Lead conceptualizing the school&039;s activity calendar by providing valuable and constructive customer insights.
Invite the students and prospects to the centers&039; activities, ensure good attendance at the activities, and obtain their feedback.
Ensure support to the academic team during the students&039; activities or classes.
Customer experience management
Ensure your students and their parents are satisfied with their classes, learning progress, and learning environment by soliciting and acting on feedback.
Develop and maintain a close relationship and high trust with your students and their parents.
Provide regular follow- up to your customers in person and over the phone and enter the information into the organization&039;s systems.
Cross- functional leadership
Ensure compliance of the sales team to their commitment to the academic team in the center concerning the touch points with the students.
Collaborate with the Telemarketing Manager to update on supply conversion and feedback on booking effectiveness.
Consistently align with the School Academic Coordinator to plan for internal revenue supply and conversion.
Coordinate with the School Academic Coordinator and the Educational consultant to address issues in the school.
Participate in external activities organized by the Activation team upon request.
Direct the promoter team by providing customer insights and feedback on the supply conversion of the promoter leads.
Share market insights with the Marketing team regularly.
Team and school regulations management
Ensure that the overall look and feel of the school is warm, welcoming, tidy, and clean.
Drive center recruitment efforts to build a team that delivers high sales performance.
Oversee the general administration in the center.
Manage the schedule of the sales and academic team members in a fair and balanced way.
Maintain high morale within the sales and academic teams in the school.- Prepare the monthly and quarterly sales performance management review with the Head of Operations and the HR department.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Languages: Vietnamese and English (minimum Wall Street English Level 9/ IELTS 5.0- 5.5/ TOEIC 550)
Qualification and Experience Required
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree related in Business, Technical Education background is a plus.
Previous Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in the education industry. Experience in Coding School is a plus.
Active listener, strong closing skills, solution- driven mindset, and strong negotiation skills
Awareness of emerging trends in coding for children and youth.
Able to work with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet and exceed tight deadline and sales targets.
Professional appearance, confident attitude, and great interpersonal skills
Customer service- oriented mindset
Eager to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success as a team.
Ability to understand and converse about the curriculum with instructors, students, and parents.
Minimum 2 years in sales management. Experience in the Teaching sector is a plus.
Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning, and techniques
Familiar with CRM tools, educational software, learning management systems (LMS), and other tech tools that may be used to manage classes, track progress, and communicate with students and parents.
Familiarity with various coding platforms, development environments, and tools relevant to the age group.
Leadership and integrity. Build professional growth of a team through ongoing training, and mentoring to enhance their skills performance.
Able to present ideas convincingly with a high level of energy and positivity
Solid understanding of the programming languages and tools taught at the school, such as Python, Minecraft modding, Scratch, Roblox scripting...
