Schools Link Operation Coordinator Team Leader

Operation of English programs at partner schools
- Monitor the implementation of teaching plans at schools
- Complete reports on semester/academic year results and submit them to the school, district, and provincial Department of Education
- Build strong relationships with schools to resolve any arising issues
- Supervise the implementation of TOEFL Primary/Junior exams annually at a number of schoolink schools as required
- Proactively visit schools weekly/monthly to update the situation and teaching quality
- Organize and supervise review, testing, and evaluation activities to ensure quality
- Develop annual plans for the department
- Inventory and order office supplies and teaching materials at schools
Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement training programs for Schools Link Coordinators and Teaching Assistants in accordance with Schools link procedures
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate the progress and performance of Schools Link Coordinators and Teaching Assistants
- Complete and be responsible for Teachers&039; and Teaching Assistants&039; payroll
- Manage Teaching Assistants&039; files and complete Teaching Assistants&039; contracts
Support the expansion of the Schools link system, complete renewal paperwork, project paperwork, etc.
Other tasks as assigned

- Age: 28 years old or above, Bachelor&039;s degree, with a preference for majors related to Education or English
- Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in school partnerships
, with experience in team management
- Ability to move to between partner schools in Hanoi)
- Location: IIG Vietnam Office- Floor 3, Trung Yên Plaza Building No. 01 Trung Hòa, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
- Good problem- solving skills, patience, and responsibility
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Saturday)
- Appearance: Attractive, confident, and good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Organizational skills: Ability to organize and handle large workloads
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MOS or IC3 certification is preferred)
