Schools Link - Scheduling Officer

Schools Link Team is looking for talents in scheduling timetable/ locations for foreign teachers and teachers assistants with details as below:
Objectives:
- Follow-up and prepare teacher profiles send to schools, functional bodies, DOET,..
- Calculate and finalize teaching assistants’ and teacher’s timesheet accurately
- Make teaching timetables for Schools Link&039;s partner schools
Main Duties:
- Record and update daily teaching hours
- Support schedulers in other scheduling work
- Record daily issues from schools, LLV teachers, teaching assistants
- Provide cover teachers with all necessary information, books, maps etc.
- Other duties assigned by line manager
- Update FAK, make-up schedules and cancellations from schools
- Keep teacher data up-to-date
