SCM Leader (US Company Setting Up)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for the overall work planning and control of the warehouse, making the warehouse work plan and visual management, meeting 6S requirements
•Communicated and coordinated with other departments of the company, especially with the finance department to ensure the matching of accounts and materials
•Revise the working procedures and management system of the warehouse
•Responsible for the operation of the company's supply chain, design and improve the company's logistics and supply chain system
•Responsible for the training and education of employees at all levels of the warehouse, monthly attendance, assessment and performance evaluation
•Responsible for the storage of all materials, making the storage details, checking the goods in and out of the warehouse in time, registering the account books, and keeping the accounts consistent with the goods
•Responsible for the inspection and review of warehousing registration of all kinds of materials
•Responsible for the scheduled release and control of all kinds of materials, as well as the ordering management and safety work（such as check the inventory frequently, keep the warehouse dry, pay attention to fire prevention, guard against theft and moisture and cut off the electricity when leaving the warehouse）
•Timely report the inventory situation to the buyer, put forward the purchase plan and check the quantity of purchased goods
•Release and record management of documents and forms: issue documents at all levels of the warehouse and verify the warehouse inventory reports submitted by the warehouse administrators. Do the stocktaking in each period according to the plan and monitor the distribution of materials to prevent omission and re-reporting and avoid financial losses of the company.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in a SCM (or warehouse) supervisor position
•Familiarity with electronics structure manufacturing/assembly, is a must
•Well knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Basic English is need and oral speaking is plus.
