SCM STAFF (PURCHASING)

Responsible for controlling, updating and maintaining the purchasing–related documents & records.
Collect and make payment proposals for paying the supplier.
Receive the purchasing machinery, equipment, spare parts, projects, etc. for the factory
In charge of purchasing other goods (non- materials) as assigned by the Head of Department.
Handling the complaints from the company to suppliers.
Sourcing and selecting suitable suppliers, propose and advise requesting parties to choose the optimal and suitable purchasing plan
Create the Purchase Order and follow up Purchase Order.
Ensure the purchased commodities are following requested quality, quality and timely.

At least 2 year of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing company.

+ Ability to advise on solutions and options for selecting optimal goods and services for requesting parties
+ At least 2 years of experience in a technical purchasing position.
+ Knowledge and experience in purchasing spare parts, machinery, projects, etc. are required.

Negotiation skills; Logical thinking.
Good command of English.
Education: University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related majors

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
