Job Responsibilities

Support and lead Scrum teams
● Guide the team in applying Agile/Scrum principles and practices, ensuring that
team members understand and adhere to processes.
● Organize Scrum meetings such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint
and quality.
Review, and Sprint Retrospective to ensure the team stays on track with progress
● Help the team identify and overcome obstacles during development.
Create an effective and positive work environment
● Foster a culture of collaboration, support, and respect within the team, creating
an environment where everyone can contribute ideas and improve work.
● Ensure the development team has the necessary resources and support to perform
their tasks efficiently.
Manage and improve Agile/Scrum processes
● Assess the effectiveness of working processes and suggest improvements and
changes to optimize team productivity.
● Gather and analyze performance metrics such as velocity, burn- down charts, and
ther Agile metrics to monitor the team&039;s performance and make necessary
adjustments.
Build connections with stakeholders
● Serve as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders,
ensuring product requirements and goals are clearly communicated.
● Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the backlog, ensuring
that the team has the necessary information to carry out tasks effectively.
Train and coach on Agile/Scrum
● Train new team members on Agile/Scrum processes and team culture.
● Organize coaching sessions or small workshops to update team members on
Agile/Scrum knowledge and enhance the team&039;s agility.
Job Requirements
● Candidates must hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, or a relevant
Agile certification such as PMI- ACP, SAFe, or PSM.
● At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in HR Tech,
EdTech, or high- tech projects.
