Scrum Master

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Scrum Master to lead and manage our Scrum teams in a dynamic product development environment. The ideal candidate will excel in building high- performing teams, influencing cross- functional teams, and guiding leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of Scrum theory and practices, exceptional facilitation skills, and the ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies while fostering continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:

Influence and collaborate with cross- functional teams and leadership.
Engage and manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
Build and nurture high- performing teams in a product development setting.
Facilitate, mentor, and coach teams in applying Scrum theory and practices.
Facilitate discussions, decision- making processes, conflict resolution, and Scrum events.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and continuous improvement plans.
Motivate and encourage Scrum teams to continuously improve.

Qualification:

At least 4 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
Hands- on experience in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and continuous improvement plans.
High energy and enthusiasm, capable of motivating teams.
Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and communication.
Proven experience in a product development environment, creating a productive and enjoyable workplace for team members.
Strong facilitation skills for discussions, decision- making, conflict resolution, and Scrum events.
Demonstrated ability in building high- performing teams.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentorship skills in applying Scrum theory and practices.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with various Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP, etc.).
Experience with product development tools and technologies.
Experience scaling Scrum across multiple teams or programs.
