Scrum Master

Able to join a meeting session with US/CA in the evening time.
Play the role of Scrum Master to coach and facilitate one or many teams following the agile approach.
Managing stakeholders’ expectations, as well as prioritizing and negotiating timelines and deliverables to meet key business objectives.
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand- ups
Developing a project plan, monitoring progress, quality, and tracking the workload.
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Generating project/program reports for executive management with metrics.
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
Managing project workstreams and key metrics within JIRA, Confluence, and available tools.
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests (part of BA role)
Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Have IT knowledge and software development background
Knowing the Scrum framework, rules, and practices is a plus
Don&039;t need having experience about Scrum Master
Good human relations skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
Scrum Master certification such as PSM, CSM is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem- solving, presentation skills

Salary: Upto 15M
