Develop and manage adaptive delivery plans across multiple engineering teams in Vietnam.
Lead release planning and oversee the rollout of software releases (epics and features) into production, including coordination of cross- domain dependencies.
Proactively identify and manage dependencies, roadblocks, and risks with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
Coach teams on Agile frameworks and continuously improve delivery methods and practices.
Manage external vendors as needed, ensuring delivery alignment and contractual compliance.
Oversee financial management and ensure on- time delivery of software releases.
Keep Rally updated with accurate capacity plans, backlog hygiene, and business outcome financial tracking.
Drive capacity planning and workforce management for assigned technology squads.
Keep stakeholders updated on release progress and milestones.
Support financial oversight and planning for business outcomes and related epics.
Own and maintain Sub- Domain delivery roadmaps, ensuring integration of new solutions across Sub- Domains.
Make strategic decisions regarding workflow management across multiple concurrent releases.
Facilitate bi- weekly Scrum of Scrums meetings to coordinate feature development and resolve inter- team blockers.
Conduct capacity planning and maintain resource allocation across squads.
Manage release train sequencing, ensuring alignment with strategic delivery goals.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development squads to progressively elaborate business outcomes into actionable epics and features, ensuring just- in- time planning and design.
Serve as the escalation point for issue resolution, risk mitigation, and removal of bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure execution alignment across diverse Agile development teams to meet business objectives.
Plan and coordinate go- live activities, including contingency and rollback planning, as well as dress rehearsals.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent results in large, complex business environments.
Experience in Agile and adaptive delivery models across complex organizational environments.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT and/or large- scale business transformation projects.
Deep understanding of digital technologies, business process optimization, and data- driven solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficiency in project management practices including risk, dependency, and issue management.
Extensive knowledge and hands- on experience with Agile software development lifecycles and methodologies.
Proven ability to implement continuous improvement practices within delivery teams.
Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in domains such as data, data migration, security, networking, hardware, Microsoft platforms, and desktop applications.
Familiarity with modern technologies such as Microservices, Web, and Cloud platforms.
Experience managing release financials and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
Prior experience in large enterprise environments, particularly in banking or financial services.
PMP certification and/or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master).
