Encourage self- organization within the Scrum team.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance Scrum adoption across the organization.
Offer continuous support to the team using a servant leadership approach.
Help the team identify and eliminate obstacles.
Organize Scrum ceremonies and related meetings, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand- ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Enable progress without imposing or assigning tasks.
Support decision- making, discussions, and conflict resolution within the team.
Mentor the team on how to apply Scrum principles to deliver value to customers.
Promote and uphold Scrum by helping all stakeholders understand its theory, principles, practices, and values.
Guide the team toward higher levels of Scrum maturity.
Ensure the Scrum framework is implemented effectively and followed correctly.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Solid understanding of Scrum methodologies and artifacts.
Working knowledge of the technologies the team is using.
Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
An analytical mindset for problem- solving and removing blockers.
Good grasp of software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Strong interpersonal abilities for mentoring, coaching, and building cohesive teams.
Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
