Sea & Air Export Staff (Logistics Company) / Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Đường Biển Và Hàng Không

Support overseas sales for pricing, handle other tasks assigned by Team leader.
Follow export shipment, contact to carriers/coloaders to get booking confirmation (especially shipment to USA, Brazil, India, Pakistan, EU, China, UAE ...) send booking confirmation to related parties.
Submit SI,VGM, EDI...to carriers/coloaders on time. Issue BL/AWB/Debit/Credit Note in system. Take care correct document for each sea and air shipment.
Follow up all current contracts precisely, systematically and specifically. Then report to direct managers all relevant information accordingly.
Arrange shipments under manager’s assigment, coordinate with overseas sales/sales department to handle.
Communicate and keep close contact with customers, domestic and international suppliers via email, phone, and other tools via smartphone.
Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs.
Input data to system, keep track of shipping plan with overseas agents/foreign suppliers to ensure the shipment delivery on time, check vessel’s schedule and related documents to complete shipments smoothly.

Sales- mind oriented.
Female, under 30 years old. MIN 2 years of experience in Customer Service/OP staff (especially both sea and air export and import) in Freight Forwarding Industry, able to solve trouble and proactive at work.
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
Experience to work and handle shipments of overseas agents (US/UAE/India/China/Karachi/C...) will be preferred.
