Sea & Air Export Staff

- Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs.
- Support overseas sales for pricing, handle other tasks assigned by Team leader.
- Follow export shipment, contact to carrier/coloader to get booking confirmation, send booking confirmation to related parties.
- Arrange shipments under manager’s assigment, coordinate with overseas sales/sales department to handle.
- Input data to system, keep track of shipping plan with overseas agents/foreign suppliers to ensure the shipment delivery on time, check vessel’s schedule and related documents to complete shipments smoothly.
- Submit SI,VGM, EDI…to carrier/coloader on time.Take care correct document for each shipment.
- Communicate and keep close contact with customers, domestic and international suppliers via email, phone, and other tools via smartphone.
- Follow up all current contracts precisely, systematically and specifically. Then report to direct managers all relevant information accordingly.

- Sales- mind oriented
- Experience to work and handle shipments of overseas agents (US/UAE/India/China/Karachi/C...) will be preferred
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Female. MIN 2 years of experience in Customer Service/OP staff (especially both sea and air export/import) in Freight Forwarding Industry, able to solve trouble and proactive at work

- 12 days annual leave * Working time: 08.00 – 12:00 and 1.00 PM to 05.00 PM from Mon to Fri, 08.00 – 12:00 Saturday.
