Sea Freight Executive (6-month contract)

- Request payment to get SWB on time
- Send pre- alert docs to agent within 03 days from ATD (shipment has T/T over 7 days) and within ATD (shipment has T/T 2- >3 days)
- Ask copy invoice from carrier for preparing the payment’s request
- Submit SI, VGM to carrier meet deadline
- Submit VGM and SI to carrier
- Follow up with accountant about payment to carrier to get SWB MBL or original MBL
- Send D/N to client or agent
- Ask D/N from carrier
- Ask agent to send POD
- Issue HBL
- Check MBL from carrier
- BL will be released to customer within 04 hours
- Send pre- alert docs to agent
- Send all invoices to accountant as timeline’s request

• Bachelor Degree : College or University in relevant university, 1+ YOE in forwarder company
• Good Computer skills (MS Office) : Word, Excel, Power point
• Good command in English : B Level
