Sea Logistics – Warehouse Manager

Job description
· You will achieve this by careful planning + coordination with internal a+ external stakeholders along with proactive inventory and resource management.
· You are responsible for providing leadership + direction to the warehouse team by directing a diverse in-house +subcontracted workforce to manage the throughput of our customer’s products + creating a safe working environment.
Your tasks and responsibilities
· To closely monitor the performance of any sub-contractors.
· To be responsible for the overall performance of the allocated Container Freight Station (CFS) site including warehouse operations, office operations + information systems.
· To plan, direct + implement warehouse operations, administrative + customer service support to meetprescribed productivity + service goals.
· To ensure that all internal + external health + safety requirements are understood + followed at all times.
· To ensure storage utilization within warehouses, especially during peak seasons, is correctly managed.
· To oversee the selection, professional development, + motivation of all warehouse employees.
· To manage continuous improvement projects for site.
· Team Management:
- Most of your time will be spent in the warehouse, monitoring the performance of staff +subcontractors, ensuring careful handling of our customers’ products + keeping a watchful eye on compliance with health +safety procedures by everyone inside the warehouse.
- Your day will be varied as you lead + coach your team to success, ensuring they all know their objectives + are fully empowered to meet them.
- You will spend your time coordinating with the warehouse planning team, ensuring throughput is happening as planned.
- Start your day reviewing warehouse inventory levels + throughput plans to ensure that required resources are available.

· More than 08 years in Logistics industry with Having at least 03 years at similar role
· Good at Strategic Planning, Organizing, Execution and Control
· Having Change Mind-set, Process Improvement & LEAN management
· Good command of English
· Solid experiences of Warehousing, especially CFS operations management is a plus
· Ability of influencing & motivating people and resource development
· Bachelor Degree
· Having a strong leadership, high level of communication (included interpersonal skills), performance & process improvement driven, cost leadership and stakeholder management
