SCOPE OF WORK
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and recommendations for improvements.
- Training and following the SEO team to deploy according to the set plan.
- Collaborate with other teams to plan/ implement/ensure alignment of SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Optimizing Website Architecture, Technical Website, Entity Onsite and Off- site, Content, On- page, Internal Link, Off- Page,... and fixing SEO problems.
- Making strategic plans for SEO to increase website&039;s ranking and traffic, including Master plan, quarterly and monthly plan, ect.
- Stay up- to- date with the latest trends and changes in SEO/SEM, search engine algorithms and digital marketing.
- Execute full website audits (technical, on- page and off- page) and proposals with an aligned content strategy.
- Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Internal training on expertise and soft skills
- A solid understanding of HTML, CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
- Planning skills
- Knowledge of SEM is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of standard and current best SEO practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console,...
- Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, business administration, ...
- Excellent communication skills & capacity to work in an international environment.
- Problem- solving skills.
- At least 2 years of experience as a SEO Specialist or a similar role. SEO/Digital Agency experience highly valued.
- Solid experience with Optimizer or another corporate A/B testing software.
- Excel skill is highly appreciated.
- Time management skills
- Ability to learn and self- discover new knowledge.
- Project management skills
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
