Section Legal Part Leader

Prepare reports on legal works and issues of the company under the requests of top managers.
Perform other jobs under the requests of company.
Propose legal advice, consult for company’s activities and requests.
Prepare reports as required by local authorities concerned (DoC, DoPI, HEZA, Immigration Department, Department etc.).
Work with local and central State Agencies regarding the company’s activities.
Research legal documents, advise and compose documents as required by management.
Review and revise the company’s procedures in legal field.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education background
Foreign Languages English/ Korean is an advantage
Gender: Male
Had the lawyer card.
Major: Law, Legal
Regular law university graduation.

WORKING EXPERIENCE

Having knowledge and experience in labor, finance, investment, enterprise, trade, import- export and intellectual property field.
Good communication English/Korean skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Have independent as well as teamwork working skills.
Have good skills in managing, reporting, representing, reasoning, analyzing, problem- solving in an effective manner.
Have good skills of using office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
At least 10 years of experience as a lawyer/ in- house lawyer.
Experience in implementing and consulting various types of certificates (ERC, IRC), work permits, visa…
Expertise in general legal knowledge.
