Section Manager Java/Ruby/Golang

Collaborate with other managers to address cross- team challenges.
Be responsible for project management of highly important initiatives and ensure on time delivery.
Identify and lead the resolution of technical and organizational issues.
Manage global engineering teams and build an organization that continuously delivers high- quality software collaboration with managers both in Japan and Vietnam.
Evaluate multiple technical solutions, balancing performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost.
Conduct people management, including 1- on- 1s, personal development plan creation, performance reviews.
Deeply understand the company- wide strategy and the requirements of products using the platform, and reflect them in the development roadmap and organizational strategy.
Develop and recruit successors and next- generation leaders for the sustainable development of the company and its business.

Yêu cầu công việcMust- Have

Background in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Information System
Excellent problem- solving skills, especially in dealing with escalated or critical issues
Have worked as a senior Java or Ruby or Golang software engineer or higher
Good experience in microservices, micro- frontend, and multi- tenant architecture design/implementation
Good experience in Agile: Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and practices
7+ years of experience in software development
English skills (professional working proficiency)
Good experience in people management: employee satisfaction, career growth, performance review, coaching, mentoring, 1:1 meeting
Experience in handling/building an engineering team (direct or indirect) of 10+ members.
Strong knowledge of security and robust high- performance system
3+ years of experience in managing web projects or product development
Experience in solving complex requirements/problems both business and technology such as: Finance System, Accounting System, Banking System, Distributed System, Scalable web applications

Management experience with multinational engineers.
Experience in developing and operating development platforms.
