Security/Compliance Specialist (BPO Industry, Upto 16mil Gross)

Randomly review case to ensure there is no compliance issue.
Perform weekly physical machine checks for all agents.
Support ad- hoc reporting and tasks as assigned by the manager.
Monitor compliance trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Report data incidents to the MS team and ensure the Security Owner follows up until resolution.
Prepare and distribute monthly compliance tests; collect and compile responses post- deadline.
Develop compliance questions and conduct 1- 1 checks & remind agents who have completed the technical training.
Conduct office compliance checks every 1–2 hours to identify and address any compliance issues.
Host quarterly compliance reminder sessions for the entire team.
Compile monthly compliance reports and participate in online meetings twice a month with Senior Security Quality.
Facilitate compliance onboarding for new hires, including test preparation, distribution, and result collection.

Good at reading and writing in English (Good English communication is a plus)
Have at least 2 years of experience in administrative services, customer service or related fields.
Diligent, meticulous, proactive, and have can- do attitude.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willing to work 1- 2 days/week at night shift (9am- 7pm / Additional bonus for night shift)

20 days leave (12 days of annual leave and 8 days of sick leave)
Salary range from 14,000,000- 16,000,000 mil Gross
Annual Health Checkup for employees who have worked for at least 6 months from the date of signing the official labor contract.
An employee who works at night (10 PM- 6 AM) will be paid an additional amount of 30% of the normal salary + PVI insurance + 500,000 VND food allowance.
90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance.
Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
Full working equipment will be provided.
