- Survey, set up security plans, present security plans, and plan a site deployment.
- Regularly or unexpectedly meet with customers to care for or handle their requirement and feedback.
- Train security skills for guards gathering at the company office and conduct practical training at site as scheduled or required by group/team managers.
- Check, assess risks at sites, and offer risk control solutions; Deploy improvement actions to control risks to each team/group.
- Manage the security department and security teams/groups; Recruit and train security executive officers and team/group managers; Assign work, instruct work, check and evaluate KPIs of security executive officers and team/group managers.
- Manage the quality of security services, control risks, and ensure safety absolutely for customers using the company services.

- At least 03 years of experience in the field of security/protection in a similar position (Preference to candidates who have worked as a Security Director at FDI companies, or large security companies with over 1,000 employees).
- University degree in law, economics, security or related fields.
