Security Investigation Coordinator

Collaborating with site leader and department managers to determine security needs
Detect and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
Fully comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, rules, and regulations
Ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, visitors, and property.
Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the control room.
Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures
Other related tasks as assigned.
CCTV Monitoring:
Record and document all incidents and observations.
Continuously monitor CCTV surveillance systems to identify potential security threats.
Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
Security Patrols:
Inspect access points, doors, and windows for any signs of tampering or intrusion.
Respond ly to alarms and emergency situations.
Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Incident Response:
Implement emergency procedures and protocols in case of emergencies.
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
Assist in investigations and provide evidence as required.

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with experience working in an internal security position is an advantage. Understand about relating Vietnamese law, security system & method existing on market for further proposal.
Functional Skills: Can use MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
Education: High School, college and above.
Knowledge: Not required but English skills are an advantage.

Helpful and friendly demeanor
Attention to details and problem- solving kills
Prefer candidates with good physical condition.
Ability to stay calm under pressure
