At Securitas Long Hai you will be responsible for directing and managing the activities of the security team, working with the Branch Manager to ensure all staff understands security policy & procedures. Manage and organize patrolling of the area, you also be required to ensure that is in compliance with all local safety regulations and is conversant with company emergency procedures. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing customer service following tasks to the highest standards:
Security Team management
• Manage and take overall responsibility for the activities of the Long Hai security team and shift at the site.
Monitor, inspect, supervise, and guide employees to perform their work well, complying with the Client&039;s requirements as stipulated in the contract.
• Coaching and training skills: Customer Service, First Aid, CCTV, Fire Fighting ... for the team member
• Ensure the safety of employees&039; work
• Evaluation, reward, and disciplinary action
Compliance with regulations on the site
• Inform local authorities about all supermarket security policies
• Disseminate and train security regulations for employees, ensure the company&039;s service standards when providing to customers
• Training first aid skills for employees and conducting first aid, first aid, and rescue for customers when needed.
• Participate in training and support training on security and fire prevention organized by local authorities
• Notify the line manager, the HR dept, and local authorities about accidents occurring in the affiliated area
Ensure the safety of people in the area
• Participate in resolving customer complaints smoothly to protect the company&039;s reputation
• Monitor fire protection equipment: exit doors, access control, CCTV camera system, alarm system...
• Handling incidents: fire, explosion, flood...
Ensure the safety of facilities in the area
• Ensure the safety of the store&039;s fixed assets
• Participating in checking the import and export of goods
• Control and prevent loss of goods at the warehouse, cashier, or counters at the site
Other tasks assigned by Branch Managers
• Consulting, discussing, and proposing to customers measures, solutions, and methods to manage security work and minimize risks for customers strictly. Coordinate with customers to resolve arising tasks according to regulations
• Participate in regular meetings with Client management levels according to regulations, including regular and extraordinary
• Report according to regulations including periodically, incidents that arise according to regulations.
• On behalf of Long Hai Securitas Company work and coordinate with local government agencies to resolve related tasks.
• On customers&039; behalf, resolve security- related issues and order when required.
• Organize the development of plans, task descriptions, and instructions for responding to emergencies or incidents
