• Maintain the loyalty and discipline of all security personnel
• Establish good communication and goodwill with informal leaders and relevant members of the local community
• Prepare security plan for specific events (seminar, conference, government guest, wedding, etc.)
• Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations
• Ensure firearms and other weapons are not carried by staff when on duty
• Manage the development and implementation of departmental standards
• Oversee the security department including the layout of security personnel and their detailed and regular training
• Supervise emergency drills
• Coordinate with the local investigator in crimes & accident handling and investigating
• Perform leadership training for all senior security personnel
• Check and analyze all incoming reports to formalize an action plan
• Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same
• Monitor and maintain all product and performance standards and ensure action is taken when standards are not met
• Coordinate and organize the day to day operations of the department including planning and controlling
• Establish good cooperation with hotel’s senior staff with other hotels
• Ensure the all security personnel as well as hotel’s staff are adhering to P&P and security procedures
• Be responsible for keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
• Ensure all patrolling, inspection, and escort duties are performed to a high standard

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:
Bachelor’s degree/higher education, qualification/equivalent in Security field
Service years in the field: 5 years experience
Service years in supervisor/manager level: 5 years
Knowledge and skills:
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company
Good Interpersonal Skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
Good writing skills
Problem-solving and organizational abilities
Language: Profesional English
