Security Supervisor

Job Purpose:
To lead and coordinate the daily operations of the security team including contract security personnel, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities through effective supervision, enforcement of security protocols, and incident management.
Key Responsibilities:

Train security personnel on company policies, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the safety and security of the factory.
Conduct investigations assigned and prepared investigation reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Lead, train, supervise and monitor the performance of contract security guards. Conduct briefings and assign duties based on operational needs.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities, recommending and implementing preventive measures. Regularly inspect security equipment and ensure proper functioning.
Manage deployments of contract security guards. Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, clear responsibility and documented Work Instruction for each position.
Drive enforcement on staff compliance with company’s policies (safety, security, internal working regulations).
Assist Security Director/ Manager in leading the Security Departments.
Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Prepare detailed incident reports and escalate issues as needed.
Act as a key point of contact for other departments, management, and law enforcement in security- related matters.

Qualifications:

2 or 3 year experience as a security supervisor or similar positions.
Knowledge and experience in incident response and emergency response procedures.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Be able to communicate (speaking and writing) effectively in English.
Proficiency in creating and implementing security plans, security procedures and emergency procedures.
Strong attention to details.
Experience in factory or industrial security, preferably in electronics or high- tech sectors.
Ability to conduct thorough investigations and generate comprehensive reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Location: Tan Phu Trung IZ- Cu Chi- HCMC. Shuttle buses from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai are available.
