Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e- commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e- commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e- commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e- commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only US e- commerce market but also to enter new e- commerce markets of more than 15 countries in Europe, Asia and North America, not only Amazon channel but also Walmart, Wayfair among others. With our steady knowledge in E- commerce, Yes4All started to provide end- to- end ecommerce- enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

* Partnership Identification and Development:

Explore expansion opportunities and drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, assessing growth potential, and cultivating strategic partnership. Investigate programs and facilitate internal collaboration to enhance output by aligning teams, fostering synergy, and optimizing workflow processes.
Proactively identify and prioritize potential strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the company&039;s business objectives and target markets.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership prospects and opportunities.

* Partnership Negotiation and Activation:

Conduct regular weekly business reviews, quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to troubleshoot issues, assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize partnership strategies.
Actively communicate the objectives & progress to the stakeholders based on aligned success metrics, deep- dive on arising issues and take reaction plans to ensure high- quality deliverables at a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to develop and implement partnership activation plans, including resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables.
Lead partnership negotiations, including contract development, pricing discussions, and agreement terms, to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and alignment with business goals.

* Partnership Performance Management and Optimization:

Work on ongoing Sales development projects that strongly bond with the hyper growth across product selections, channels, platforms, sources (supply- based) and markets (demand- based) of the company.
Track sales performance and compare the results to our established goals (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually)
Resolve operational issues promptly to uphold account integrity and adherence to regulatory standards, ensuring optimal performance and account health.

* Sell- in Strategy Development:

Maintain open communication channels and utilize data- driven insights for continuous refinement of the pricing strategy.
Setup strategic product pricing strategy and conduct quotation process with buyers. Analyze market trends and cost structures to optimize pricing tiers and promotional tactics. Conduct financial analysis to assess revenue projections and margin requirements.
Conduct sell- in forecasting to predict future sales performance and serve strategic decision- making.

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge

Bachelor Degree and above in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.

Skills

Great attention to detail, strong analytical and data story- telling sense with a “Continuous Improvement” mindset.
Advanced MS Office is compulsory. Being fluent in at least one query/code language is preferred.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem- solving skills.
Willing to learn, thrive in a fast- paced environment and have a can- do attitude
Proven track record of success in business development, market expansion, or related roles.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Good at time management, teamwork, and multitasking. Have strong ownership and responsibility for deliverables.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship- building abilities.
Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese is a must.

Experience

At least 4 years of experience in Business Administration. Retail Industry and/or E- commerce experience is highly valued.
