This is the on- site role opening in Gobuy, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. The Seller Acquisition Head is very important to us, who will be managing the entire team from forming a team, leading the team from scratch.
Key Responsibility:
Define and develop a KPI framework to measure and track KPIs and ensure growth effectiveness
Coordinate closely with Seller Management team and Campaign team to grow the business.
Task Delegation: Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths.
Goal Setting: Setting clear and measurable goals for the team, aligning them with the overall KPI of Solaso; Be responsible for the entire acquisition team
Team Development: Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and fostering a learning culture within the team.
Design, monitor, analyze, and act on the acquisition process using KPIs metrics.
Performance Management: Monitoring individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.
Provide regular reports on team performance and recommend improvements.
Design initiatives and lead the team to execute those in order to grow your team strategically.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Ecommerce, Google Analytics, and digital marketing channels.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with attribution modeling, website optimization, and conversion management.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in e- commerce, retail, business development, Logistics

● Hours: Monday to Saturday (from 08:30 to 17:30).
