Seller Education

- Identify seller training demands, mapping on sellers’ journey to develop knowledge to selling on Shopee platform.
- Propose and create the useful and attractive training material to enhance seller performance.
- Execute offline/online training, webinars for new and existing sellers such as planning, working with other stakeholders and active reporting to team leader.
- Monitor training sessions effectiveness and evaluate sellers’ feedbacks to expand more contents.
- Conduct analysis on paint point, root causes and identify operation problem of struggling sellers to consult operation improvement, process optimization or system functions.
- Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.

- Preferred background in communication/business administration/ supply chains.
- Ability to design, evaluate effective quality training materials and execute training session.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- High proficiency in making an effective presentation with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field, ideally in the e-commerce industry.
- Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization.
- Good at communication, negotiation and problem-solving.
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
- Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel is a big plus.
