This is the on- site role opening in Gobuy, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. The Seller Management Head plays a pivotal role in our business, who will conceptualize and spreadhead to the seller management team. This is a new role, so you will have more space to develop the team first.
Key Responsibility:
Task Delegation: Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths.
Design initiatives and lead the team to execute those in order to grow your team strategically.
Team Development: Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and fostering a learning culture within the team.
Work closely with the Operation team to outline the perfect buyer experience.
Provide regular reports on team performance and recommend improvements.
Design, monitor, analyze, and act on the acquisition process using KPIs metrics.
Performance Management: Monitoring individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.
Define and develop KPI framework to measure and track KPIs and ensure growth effectiveness
Coordinate closely with Seller Acquisition team to develop the pool of sellers on the platform and the Campaign Manager to grow the commercial aspects in terms of traffic, GMV, buyers...
Goal Setting: Setting clear and measurable goals for the team, aligning them with the overall KPI of Solaso; Be responsible for the entire seller management team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in e- commerce, retail, Account Management, Logistics
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with attribution modeling, website optimization, and conversion management.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Strong understanding of Ecommerce, Google Analytics, and digital marketing channels.

Hours: Monday to Saturday (from 08:30 to 17:30).
