Together, we are launching Vietnam’s most exciting talent initiative in Semiconductor- IC / Chip Design, and we’re looking for a passionate, high- potential Semiconductor Talent Program Management Intern with a strong desire to learn and grow in this sector to co- drive this bold mission.
Edtronaut is Vietnam’s next- gen workforce development startup, working at the intersection of AI, upskilling / reskilling, and emerging industries. In partnership with a semiconductor powerhouse, operating in 3 pillars Product Development, R&D and Training – we’re leading the mission to train and place Vietnam’s future 50,000 IC Design engineers in alignment with the Government’s national chip strategy.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Semiconductor Talent Program Management Intern, you will be at the forefront of one of the most impactful talent initiatives in Vietnam’s tech landscape. You will help lead a full- cycle talent activation project together with project team – from marketing and communication to university outreach to admission, and community engagement – focuses on upskilling students in Semiconductor IC Design, Practical IC, and English upskilling in this exciting sector (Semiconductor- IC design). This is not just a job – it&039;s your launchpad to become a pioneer in the semiconductor field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management & Coordination
Liaise with cross- functional teams (Marketing, Admissions, Veron Trainers) to ensure timeline alignment and task execution.
Support the end- to- end rollout of the Edtronaut x Veron Labs admission and placement partnership.
University & Talent Engagement
Activate student clubs, university partners, and campus events to promote Chip Design career pathways.
Co- organize webinars, workshops, and bootcamps with support from Veron’s expert trainers.
Learner Experience & Funnel Optimization
Track leads through the CRM and ensure strong follow- up via Zalo, email, and call.
Work with our marketing and onboarding team to ensure learners are prepped, guided, and retained.
Content & Campaign Support
Help design materials that demystify semiconductor careers for a broad student audience.
Support the creation of Gen- Z friendly marketing assets (FAQs, infographics, student testimonials).
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Comfort with spreadsheets, slides, Notion, or CRM tools is a plus.
3rd–4th year student (or fresh graduate) majoring in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or STEM.
Passionate and hungry to learn and grow in Semiconductor / IC Design and eager to help Vietnam grow in this space.
Bonus: Experience with student clubs, university affairs, or tech competitions.
Able to commit at least 3–4 days/week for 3–6 months.
Strong project management & coordination skills.
