SENIOR ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE, DAY- TO- DAY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client/Agency Relationship Management
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Account Associate to join our team. As a Senior Account Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships from initial engagement through to project completion and ongoing support. You will work closely with our Content team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and solutions to our clients.
Research and assess potential clients, ensuring cooperation only with reputable and legally recognized brands.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing feedback, requests, and concerns, and ensuring they are properly addressed in a timely manner.
Project Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive project management process, including pre- deal, deal execution, and post- deal stages.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, content, media) to ensure timely project execution.
Budget and Documentation
Ensure that all contract details are clear and agreed upon by both parties, and oversee the successful signing and delivery of contracts.
Create and maintain essential documents, such as proposals, quotes, contracts, presentations, and acceptance minutes.
Business Development
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build new client relationships and promote the company&039;s services.
Develop account growth plans to expand services and revenue from existing clients.
Participate in new business pitches, leveraging client relationships and industry expertise.
Analysis and Reporting
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing campaign strategies, creative concepts, and results.
Analyze and report on monthly brand revenue, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
