Coordinate with staff in Markus Agency to work with customers, implement and deliver the best work results, according to the contract signed with the customer.
2. Nội dung công việc
Developing and maintaining relationships with client, understanding client’s needs, and objectives, ability to provide insightful advice to clients, and promoting the expansion of business:
Exchange information and periodically update the Company&039;s updated information for existing partners/customers of the Company;
Update product information to consult partners/ customers better.
Responsible for smooth delivery from project commencement to completion through the initiating, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closing phases:
Manages, trains, coaches and develops subordinates to ensure they perform at their best while providing them the opportunity to develop professionally;
Ensures client’s satisfaction by delivering expected campaign/project on point, on time and on budget;
Contributes ideas and supporting information to develop Team’s strategy for gaining new business as required;
Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time, and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company;
Strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns: Present and discuss the campaign with clients, implementation plan, negotiate the project implementation contract;
Implement the contract, follow up and ensure the quality of the implementation;
Coordinate and supervise team’s account executives throughout the end- to- end client- serving process: from pitching, on- boarding, and execution;
Works closely with internal partners such as Creative, Editorial, Strategic Planning and Production Team to follow through on executions of production;
Report on the implementation of each phase and the entire campaign team.
Oversee the management of multiple partners and 3rd parties to deliver full- circle execution of communication programs;
