RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in partnership across the teams within the unit and other business unit teams to provide excellent project management for your client’s needs at all times;
Work as Project Leader for the assigned client(s); supervise project team(s) on client services; partner with other functional teams to deliver excellent execution and meet KPIs of said projects. *The projects mentioned are digital marketing or digital commerce projects;
Plan and execute actions to open opportunities, follow up, pitch and bid to deliver planned KPIs for the assigned clients on a yearly, quarterly & monthly basis, including but not limiting to revenue, profit and client satisfaction;
Ensure the financial process is followed in terms of client set- up and invoicing;
Plan and execute actions to maintain close relationships with clients as a whole, and with specific stakeholders within their organization;
Develop campaign approach, understand and manage details of a campaign in the context of a larger business picture;
Continuously provide input into the problem- solving direction of each client project and ensure communication of any directional changes to your team and to other related teams;
Set and manage multiple project deliverables including time and cost estimates with internal and external clients to deliver or/and exceed client’s project objectives/KPIs;
Help integrate internal team members and educate them on the client, their target, their service and other project- related information;
Continuously ensure the quality of the deliveries and proactively seek new ways to improve client services as well as executional innovation to build trust and confidence for the clients;
Report to Business Development Manager.

LOCATION AND WORKING TIME
Working time: 9:00- 18:00 from Monday to Friday, required to work onsite 2 days/week for team meetings
