Senior Accountant

Cost:
• Capture expenses under proper accounts according to the regulations; accrue expenses; allocate monthly expenses; reconcile & book the adjustment entries; contact relevant departments to get data to avoid missing expenses; adhere to closing check list to finish GA related tasks
• Work with the bank to take care of the progress to ensure that the transactions are made on time
• Monitor fixed assets, tools and supplies
• Prepare payment orders; payment list submit to authorized approval and settle on weekly basic; reconcile cash/bank and ensure payments being processed on time, payment information to be checked and confirmed accuracy
• Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: Checking and be in charge of cash collection / payment
• Record cash and bank ledgers to accounting system
Sales:
• Check selling prices on invoice vs trade term, promotion program, and reconcile revenue between invoices vs system. Update sales report
• Issue VAT invoice to customer
Reporting:
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
• To be sure that the monthly report will meet deadline as company’s regulations
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly tax reports (Including: VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT) then sending to manager for checking
• Ability to prepare monthly financial report including BS, PL, Cash flow, sales & profit report, yearly financial statement

• Ability to speak and write in English.
• At least 2 years working experience in accounting field
• BA of Financial & Accounting
• Knowing MISA system is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
