Senior Accountant

Summary:
The Senior Accountant role including supervision of accounting staffs, monthly financial closing process, monthly reconciliation of major balance sheet accounts to subsidiary ledgers, review of intercompany transactions and preparation of intercompany confirmation letters, maintenance of fixed asset records, preparing monthly journal entries and accruals, weekly management reports, financial statement audit works, others responsibilities relates to company continuous improvement internal procedures and ad-hoc request from Board of Management.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise staff accountants to review work and provide feedback as needed.
-Coordinate month-end closing process.
Ensure month end reports are generated accurately and timely. Response the identified issues after month-end completed if any.
-Prepare weekly and monthly report and perform further analysis and make recommendations to Chief Accountant and Finance Manager
-Coordinate with other departments to implement new processes
-Manage all related parties transactions and prepare monthly/quaterly/yearly confirmations.
-Manage the Company’s fixed assets to make sure that fixed assets are properly recorded
-Manage tax payment and tax filling to make sure that the Company is complied with local tax regulations.
-Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Chief Accountant and Finance Manager.

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
-Having leadership skill to direct reports and interact well with team members and all departments.
-4-5 year experienced of related works.
-Ability to identify problems, collect database, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
-Familiarity with large ERP system preferred
-Strong communication (verbal and written English), organization and time management skill required.
-Having knowledge on Manufacture production line.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially good in Excel.
-Ability to face with pressure and adapt of environment changes.
