Senior Accountant

Assist with monthly and annual financial reports, statistics reports, and investment reports are in line with law and regulations and on- time submission.
Manage accounting operations including Billing and Revenue Recognition, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed assets, and Loans.
Build, maintain, and analyze reports and models in Google Sheets for accounting and controlling purposes (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities…).
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, cash flow forecast, and report variances.
Monitoring/preparing tax calculations, declarations, and finalization (license tax, VAT, WHT, CIT, PIT) and other relevant tax matters.
Account reconciliation: AR, AP, Fixed asset, bank…
Additional duties as necessary.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties, such as banks, accounting service firms, auditors, tax authorities, and relevant government organizations, regarding finance and accounting matters.

Fluency in English is required.
Proficiency in working with Google Sheets and integrating various data sources (we primarily use BigQuery) to extract and handle data.
Integrity, care, patience, and a high sense of responsibility in work.
Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, basic knowledge of IFRS, and the prevailing tax regulations.
Good analytical thinking.
Bachelor in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.

Experience using Power Query in Excel for ad- hoc data transformations on data unavailable in our BigQuery data warehouse.
