SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (6 month contact)

- Company and Department projects as assigned;
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Chief Accountant and CFO.
- Month- end closing.
- Work with auditors;
- Follow up and manage Depreciation and Prepaid Allocation monthly;
- Manage deferred taxes calculation;
- Reconcile FX accounts monthly;
- Prepare Monthly Financial Reports;
- Calculate VAT, PIT, FCT and submit relevant tax filings on time;
- Archive accounting documents and vouchers for transactions within areas of responsibility;
- Assist Chief Accountant with yearly tax returns;
- Track non- deductible expenses and manage CIT calculations on a monthly basis;
- Manage tax refund dossier, work with tax agents as needed;
- Post and manage journal entries for periodic and month- end transactions.
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts monthly and provide details as requested;
- Prepare and reconcile inter- company Debit notes and Statements monthly;
- Follow up Fixed Asset Register, software, computers and equipment list

- University degree in Accounting;
- At least 3- years working experience (in multi- national companies is preferred);
- Fluent in English;
- Attention to detail, logical thinking and ability to work independently;
- Ability to work under tight timeline, high pressure and commit to meet deadlines;
- Experience in QAD ERP or any type of ERP system is a strong advantage;
- Proficiency in Excel skills;
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
- Previous experience within a similar role;
- Good knowledge of Vietnam accounting standards, Vietnam taxes, and Vietnam corporate and international laws;
- Time management and multi- tasks skill;
