Senior Accountant

Manage our team of internal/external accountants and auditors to provide trustworthy information about our group's financial records.
•Responsible for the full spectrum of the Group’s accounting functions, including bookkeeping, consolidation, payables, receivables, treasury, tax and audit
•Lead and manage a small team of accountants currently based in Vietnam and the accounting function in all other countries
•Ensure homogeneity of the charts of accounts across the Group and improve the accounting practice, policies, and accuracy
•Manage an external team of accountants and study the benefits of internalizing the accounting functions where appropriate
•Support the ERP development with the objective of improving reporting accuracy and on-time delivery as well as supporting other departments with relevant KPIs and monitoring tools
•Prepare monthly financial review and analysis, corporate budget and forecasts for the group
•Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
•Supervise the annual audit process
•Streamline, automate and enhance financial processes to facilitate the scalability of the business
