Senior Accountant

Secure full consistency of IFRS and VAS packages and report any gap
Ensure timely, accurate month- end closing and financial reporting to Management
Support Accounting Manager to complete procedures and internal control system of Accounting Dept and company
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax, statistic officer etc. to provide information and clarify question/issues
Support for accounting processes
Review the audit adjustments and audit reports at the year end
Advise management on tax compliance and liaise with tax agents on the corporate tax matters
Prepare VAT, PIT, CIT and other tax reports
Control that expenses claims for projects companies and other entities are genuine, compliant and respect company policy
Prepare reports, financial information to provide to authorities when required
Support and ensure full compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
Support cost control and budget preparation
Update and implement changes in tax regulation and accounting standards

Education Requirements:

Major: Accounting, Audit
Bachelor or Master’s degree

Years of Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in foreign company in finance- accounting field

Essential Skills and Requirements:

Good at Tax and Accounting knowledge
Immediate availability is a plus
Flexible for occasional travel to project locations if required
Teamwork, problem solving, fast learning, analytical skills
Enthusiastic, careful, honest, responsible, proactive, eager to learn
Being used to using accounting software, Xero software is preferable
Strong MS Office skills
English proficiency
