Weekly

Work with the bank on requirement (if any)
Prepare weekly AR Report & Perform Debt Collection
Check Driver wallet reports
Manage the workload of subsidy team members (3 persons)
Other tasks from Finance Lead or Finance Manager.
Support other Department on the issue of invoice, wallet balance
Prepare Weekly reports (bank balance, driver deposits)
Prepare weekly cashflow, reconcile transaction on bank statement with Accounting software
Book accounting transaction into Accounting software

Monthly:

VAT invoice issuance
Check monthly wallet balance
Check Monthly Stock count & Sale report
Prepare accounting monthly closing

Have prior experience with the Xero/ ERP accounting system.
Computer: Good in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good in communication, hard- working, active in work, can manage the team well
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
English: fluently in reading and writing
At least 2 or 3 years experience at Accountant in MNC
