Senior Accountant

ABOUT US
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with at least 4 years of international accounting experience to oversee and directly manage financial transactions and reporting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail- oriented, and possess strong technical accounting skills.

WHAT YOU DO
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts;
- Provide support for ad- hoc financial projects and initiatives.
- Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial assets;
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes;
- Execute day- to- day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing;
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements in multiple markets;
- Maintain accurate and up- to- date general ledger entries;
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;

WHO YOU ARE
- Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written, is essential;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast- paced environment.
- Adaptable and proactive with a willingness to take ownership of tasks;
- At least 4 years of hands- on accounting experience, including exposure to international markets (at least 2 markets, not including Vietnam)
- Growth mindset, detail- oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow;
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices;
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred;
