Senior Accountant

Daily and weekly:

Other tasks from the Finance Manager.
Book accounting transactions into accounting software;
Review enterprise documents, including contract & termination, invoice, orders report;
Prepare weekly reports (cash flow, bank balance, driver deposits);
Review and approve operation tickets in the internal system;
Handle driver- related matters, including driver offboarding, driver cash out, driver wallet, and driver deposit;
Follow up with BD team for debt collection;
Support other departments for driver- related and enterprise- related matters;

Monthly:

VAT invoice issuance monthly.
Perform monthly stock count and prepare Inventory and Sales report;
Prepare MEC packages;
Check monthly wallet adjustment;

Self- motivated, proactive, take ownership and personal responsibility.
Have prior experience with the Oracle NetSuite accounting system.
Hardworking, friendly, enthusiastic and adaptable.
Fast learner with can- do attitude
Good in communication, hard- working, active at work
At least 3 or 4 years’ experience as a senior accountant in MNC
Computer: Good in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
English: fluently in reading and writing
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
