Senior Accountant (Up to 30 Months Of Annual Salary)

Crossian is looking for a detail- oriented Senior level accountant to support the Accounting department with thought leadership, promote cross departmental process improvements and perform and review monthly close duties.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Accounting Compliance
• Perform variety of month- end closing procedures including preparation and posting of journal entries according to U.S and VN GAAP Compliance.
• Evaluate and maintain asset and liability accounts
• Analyze financial statements accounts, identify unusual trends or erroneous entries and verify accuracy of transactions and balances
Business – Audit and Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax policies and procedures across all departments
Policies and Process Improvement
• Research A/R and A/P issues that flow through to the general ledger, assist in evaluating various effects of the interface between Accounting and system, interact with other departments as needed to resolve the root cause of any problems
• Develop and implement procedures to streamline monthly closings and other financial activities
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solution to improve accounting processes and systems
