Senior Accountant

Ensure correctness and timeliness of payment
Ensure payment supporting documents are eligible for VAT and CIT deductible
Accurately complete Journal Voucher of payment requests and related accrual/payables balance
Ensure correctness and timeline of reports

Include:

Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Review payment booking entries to ensure the transactions properly recorded by payable accountants
Review payment request and supporting documents to ensure payments submitted by other departments are fully verified and properly tracked by payables accountant with workings and compliant with internal process; tax regulation
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepare management report and ensure compliant with company and group&039;s requirement
Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties.
Calculate & record monthly CIT expense
Ensure documents filing by Tax, Banks & Payment Accountant are sufficient and comply with company&039;s policy, tax regulation
Prepare financial report and ensure compliant with VAS
Monthly checking VAT, FCT calculation & declaration to ensure the correctness and compliance with tax regulation

Candidate with audit experience will have added advantage
Bachelor degree in Accounting/Financial is required.
Job level – experience/4- 5 yrs
Proficiency in Microsoft Officer (word, excel and PowerPoint).
Good at speaking and writing English
Proactive, hardworking and high responsibility person.
