Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant in this position will work on internal and external accounting and tax advice. The tasks include but are not limited to:
ACCOUNTING FOR CLIENTS
• Provide group reporting by linking VAS accounting to group requirements;
• Provide handling of Social Security and Labor Management;
• Provide calculation of Foreign Contractor Withholding Tax;
• Provide advice on all related issues for optimization of processes;
• Provide payroll service, PIT declaration;
• Administrative issues.
• Provide full accounting and tax declarations;
ADVICE
• Cooperating with legal team on writing general information for clients on taxation and accounting.
• Giving advice on specific matters of taxation and accounting;
OTHER TASKS
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time according to the needs of producing good results in the team.
As a Senior Accountant, you are required to:
• Effectively organize your client portfolio meet job deadlines as agreed with clients as well as your colleagues or required by laws;
• Actively participate in and place due efforts and time for professional trainings, qualification exams, subscribed, recommended by the firm;
• Assist accounting services other senior accountant/manager/director/partner during the course of providing accounting and tax services to clients;
• Regularly update, learn and gain local and international accounting and tax regulations, practices and procedures, and various accounting software;
• Act and behave in the best interest of the firm and to adhere to/promote the teamwork spirit within the firm and during the course of providing services to clients;
• Attend to other services tasks as assigned by manager/director/partner.
• Work with clients on tax compliance and tax advice. You are expected to proactively advise clients with service minded attitude. Clients are mostly foreign invested English- speaking enterprises who expect that we will work with full legal compliance and provide economically effective pragmatic solutions;
• Provide sound and timely responses to clients’ job queries;

If you are interested in joining our team, you should meet at least the following qualifications:
• At least 03 years of working experience in Accounting jobs;
• Ability to work under pressure and to keep timelines;
• Extended experience in tax compliance including accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing;
• Good English skills;
• Chief Accountant Certificate, CPA and CPT should be obtained already or soon;
• Good internal and external communication;
• Desire to develop own skills and to gain experience;
• Ability to present, defend and discuss differing opinions on professional matters;
• Have experience working at Accounting/Auditing/Finance outsourcing service companies;
• Team oriented mindset and ability to cooperate within the team. Orientation on hierarchic levels is not wanted;
