Senior Accounting Manager

Control Purchase- to- Pay process covering
Ensure key financial controls are designed, embedded (prefer via automation and preventive approach), and executed properly to minimize financial loss
Control Order- to- Cash Process, covering all steps from sales orders to sales proceeds collection on- time- in- full

Trade purchase to payment
Payment run to e- banking approval
Non- trade purchase to payment
Staff claim and booking

Record- to- Report process covering

Fixed asset management process
Balance sheet general ledgers control
Inventory management process, including stock costing, movements, and adjustments
Capex expenditure management and reporting
Revenue recognition and recording process
Process of period- end closing and deliver expected financial reports e.g. P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow
Product costing and margin reporting

Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Team management: 16- 20 team members
Compliance with effective tax regulations: design and execute financial processes to ensure company transactions are compliant with tax regulations, in particular, VAT, CIT and WHT
Brands accounting – acting as financial coordinator, working with brands (Onpoint customers) to ensure all contractual trading terms and promotion claim- backs are properly executed and billed
Overall responsible for operations of the Finance system and its integration to business systems (ERP).
Be the main contact point to facilitate and complete external financial audits with the external auditor
Actual periodic (e.g. monthly, quarterly and yearly) financial performance reporting
Financial Statements that are compliant with VAS and related accounting policies & standards.

Keen to drive changes via automation and system integrations to improve efficiency and productivity

Qualification and experience requirements

Degree qualified in Finance and Accounting area
Finance & Accounting management experience preferred
Big 4 audit background preferable
Experience to lead a team
Member of a professional body (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is preferred
